For a group dedicated to improving communication between businesses in their geographical location, we thought it was only right to meet them in person for some face-to-face coaching and planning.
It was great to get out of the office and work with Lucy and the team in an intensive and results-driven half-day workshop to thrash everything out.
We used marketing planning techniques such as SWOT analysis to identify their unique selling points, objectives and key messages, as well as mapping and profiling their target audiences.
Everyone was amazed at just how productive and motivating three hours could be, and tonnes of useful material and ideas came out of it. We presented our findings in a report which included a set of recommendations for the team to use to flesh out and implement a dynamic marketing plan.
